REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration fee for participation at the 22nd Meeting of Insurers and Reinsurers is:

250 EUR per person

Registration fee covers participation at lectures, proceedings and other conference materials, cocktail, lunch, refreshments during the breaks.

ACCOMMODATION:
SorS participants can find accomodation independetly or through the technical organizer Tectus Ltd. (publicher of the magazine "Svijet osiguranja" (World of Insurers).

* Organizer has reserved rooms in Hotel Holiday Inn. We have special hotel prices with discount in the that hotel:

    - single bedroom      90 EUR / per person per day, breakfast included 
    - double bedroom    110 EUR / per room (2 persons) per day, breakfast included
 
Room reservation deadline: May, 29th.
After that date, roomes can be booked on the basis of available capacity.

Cancellation: In case of room cancellation, it must be canceled 8 days earlier for group arrivals and 48 hours for individual guests. In case of not canceling your reservation within the specified time, you are obliged to pay the first night of booked accommodation.


PAYMENT:
Total amount (registration fee + accommodation) needs to be paid entirely by 8 June 2011 the latest.
Upon receiving the registration form, the organizer will send an invoice.
