Conditions of participation
You can register to participate at the SorS 2026 conference:
- by filling out an online registration form
- by sending the registration form in PDF format (download here) to fax: +385 1 60 62 889 or to the following e-mail: sors@sors.ba
REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee - covering participation at the conference, SorS 2026 Proceedings, issue of Svijet osiguranja journal and other conference materials, welcome cocktail and dinner, lunch, refreshments during the breaks - is charged in the amount of:
400 EUR per person
VAT excluded.
ACCOMMODATION
The organizer has arranged the accommodation offering special prices for the conference delegates in Hotel Swissotel. The price of accommodation includes buffet breakfast, use of the Wellness & SPA center and WiFi, while it does not include sojourn tax of 1,02 EUR per day.

Cancellation: In case of room cancellation, it must be canceled 10 days prior to arrival date.
PAYMENT
The full amount according to the invoice (registration fee, accommodation) is to be paid to Tectus Ltd.
by 30 April 2026. Upon receiving the registration form, the organiser will send an invoice.
